Stunning outdoor infinity pool with incredible views.

The food quality at the restaurant was below expectations and lacked taste.

The hotel is situated above the town, which gives you a

wonderful panoramic view but requires a bit of a hike to get there. I appreciated the cleanliness and serenity of the place, yet the dining experience left much to be desired, particularly the slow service during peak hours.

Loved the spa and buffet breakfast, but room size was a bit small.

During our 4-night stay, we were appalled by the smoking policy. The hotel allows smoking on the grounds, which meant I was woken up multiple times at night by smoke drifting into our room. Additionally, the presence of children in the relaxation pool was not appropriate for a supposedly tranquil environment.

The hotel's facilities need a serious update. there's noticeable mold in the showers, and the general state of the rooms isn't very charming—many feel outdated. You might also struggle with the wifi situation since there's no internet access in the rooms, forcing you to sit in the lounge for connectivity. Plus, the dining experience was underwhelming. the food quality doesn't match the hotel's claimed standards, with some meals being bland and poorly presented. Lastly, expect noise disturbances since some rooms, particularly those near smoking balconies, may disrupt your sleep.

Breakfast selection was extensive, ensuring we started each day right. However, the spa area often felt overcrowded with too many guests. I faced some noise disturbances from the parking area early in the mornings due to ongoing renovations, which impacted my sleep. The room decor was charming but could use some updates, as some furniture felt dated. Overall, the hotel blends beautiful nature with appealing amenities, despite a few service and maintenance issues.

We had a lovely stay that included relaxing in the beautiful indoor swimming pool and enjoying a nice massage at the spa. The only downside was that our room was a bit cramped for the four of us, but it didn’t ruin our experience. Overall, it's a great spot for families. 😊

Stylish historical building with spacious rooms featuring a sofa area and a view. Our private bathroom had nice amenities like free toiletries, hairdryer, and slippers. The spa is top-notch, with an indoor pool, heated outdoor pool with mountain views, and various saunas. The buffet meals were plentiful and included great local options.

I had a fantastic stay with my partner! The buffet breakfasts were absolute delights, especially with such a wide range of options. The wellness facilities were clean and relaxing, especially the outdoor pool under the stars. To top it off, our room had an incredible view, which was even better than the pictures online! Can't wait to return!
